MCR is one of my favorite bands, but Mikey is the worst bassist I've ever seen. [or at least one of the worst, i like his track jacket, though  ] ah but see your refering to him as a bassist thats where your problem lies, he's just the man who holds the bass and and tried to look cool. but no i love mcr, but i agree, mikey sucks ass at bass almost as much as i do (and i cant even play so, yea...) yeah, i try to play the bass, too. hope you're the kind of bassist that uses their fingers, instead of a pick. i can only play a few songs, but i just don't stand there, picking at the same string with a pick over and over again. He look like he knew more of what he was doing with that tamborine. |

He look like he knew more of what he was doing with that tamborine. id never actually thought about playing the bass with a pick, i've always just used my fingers. i really suck tho i havent played in ages since i was helping my firnd s college band, they just showed me what to play and i played it, until they found a bassist at their college. haha mikeys concentration with that tambourine is amazing. we were talking to bob about mikey and his tambournie and bob couldnt keep a straight face, he was just like ' yea, he even bought a new one', i think thats where mikeys real passion lies |

awe poor mikey. He's not that bad. aww, well as a bassist i think he really is, but he cant be all bad he wants to be/is in love with Adam, so i cant fault him there. i saw mikey hop a wall to chase Adam down the street, it was the cutest/funniest thing ever. |

i check some of mcr bass tabs to see if they were hard and they arnt. rubano plays more complex notes than that and runs and jumps around while doing it. mikey seems kinda shy and to himself so maybe its just his personality and doesnt wanna go all out like frank does.

new dates! damn lucky st. louis people... You're damn right, lucky STL people. The fucking ALKALINE TRIO is going to be with them!! ...or so Matt Skiba said on Sunday at the show at Pop's. I actually don't think it'll be this round of touring, though. Because at the time of that date, the Trio will be in Europe. |
