1. Don't post just to say, "oMgZ TBS is sooo cool n hott n stuff!" No one cares. Use proper grammar and spelling. A little net-speak goes a long way.
2. Don't ask to be a Mod. I'll be choosing Mods shortly and I hate it when people beg;-)
3. Please don't double post if you can help it. If you are posting to more than one person and the posts have to be fairly long thats okay. I don't mind if you bump a post (unless it gets annoying). But there is a 'modify' button there for a reason.
4. No homophobic comments. This includes calling someone or something 'gay'. No racial slurs. If you break these rules a warning will be issued. After that you get banned.
5. Post threads in the right forum. If I notice you can't grasp this concept you get a warning.
6. Don't advertise!! I don't care about getting a free ipod. Please don't post tracker links either. If I wanted to 'check out' the new yellowcard player, I would.
7. Don't spam or flood the boards. Posting a thread once should cover it. Topics such as "what did you have for breakfast" will be deleted. I don't mind "what are you listening to" and "Favorite movie quote" But lets leave out stupid things like, "Last movie quote you heard" and "what's your favorite color"
8. Do not not not not NOT bash Taking Back Sunday, Straylight Run, or Brand New. We get it. Freinds then foes then whatever. Its over. I don't want to hear you hate Jesse or Adam. Also don't ask about the 'fights' the bands may or may not have went through.
9. Flamming is allowed to a point. Don't be annoying about it. If you want to flame some idiot for ignoring the rules and asking what happened between adam and michelle feel free.
10. No porno pics. :-p Manips are okay, just state that you made it. Don't steal icons/graphics. If the user asks for credit, give it in your userinfo.
